W.E. Phillpott (1891-1916)

W.E. Phillpott, child of William and Emma Phillpott was born in 1891. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 23694) as a Private in the 2nd Bn., Essex Regiment. Died on Dec 21 1916 at the age of 25. Buried at Staples Military Cemetry in Pas de Calais in France. A memorial for W.E. Phillpott can be found at St. Johns Heatherlands Church Parkstone,1914-1918 War Memorial in United Kingdom.
