Percy Job Gillingham (1897-1918)

Percy Job Gillingham, child of Harry and Bessie Gillingham was born in 1897. Lived at Layton Road, Parkstone, in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 355977) as a Pioneer in the 2nd Bn., Hampshire Regiment. Died on May 6 1918 at the age of 21 in France. Buried at Cinq Rues British Cemetry, C . 10 in Nord in France. A memorial for Percy Job Gillingham can be found at St. Johns Heatherlands Church Parkstone,1914-1918 War Memorial in United Kingdom.
