R.W. Brackstone (1888-1918)


R.W. Brackstone, child of Edward Brackstone and Mary Brackstone (of Parkstone) was born in 1888.  Married Martha E.J. Brackstone andLived at 96 Briscoe Street, London, in Ontario.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 267838) as a Private in the 1st/8th Battalion of the Royal Warwickshire R.  Died on Nov 2 1918 at the age of 30.  Buried at Pommereuil British Cemetery, B . 57..  A memorial for R.W. Brackstone can be found at St. Johns Heatherlands Church Parkstone, 1914-1918 War Memorial in United Kingdom.
