H. Brackstone (1899-1919)

H. Brackstone, child of E. Brackstone was born in 1899. Lived at 78 Albert Road, Parkstone, in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 53747) as a Private in the 23rd Battalion of the Cheshire Regiment. Died on Apr 22 1919 at the age of 20 in France. Buried at Etaples Military Cemetery, LXXII. F. 9 in Pas de Calais in France. A memorial for H. Brackstone can be found at St. Johns Heatherlands Church Parkstone, 1914-1918 War Memorial in United Kingdom.
