Walter Frank Greenslade (1917-1944)


Walter Frank Greenslade, child of Alfred Frank & Eva Elsie Greenslade was born in 1917.  Lived at Poole, in Poole.   Fought in WW2 (dogtag# 5726332) as a Lance Corporal in the 5th Bn. (attached to Dorsetshire Regiment) of the Army.  Died on Sep 24 1944 at the age of 27 in Netherlands.  Buried at 8,B.2 Arnhem Oosterbeek War Cemetery in Arnhem Oosterbeek.
