A. Greenslade (1897-1917)


A. Greenslade, child of George & Alice Greenslade was born in 1897.  Lived at 68 Pound Street, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 203249) as a Private in the 1st/4th Bn. (attached to Hampshire Regiment) of the Army.  Died on Mar 3 1917 at the age of 20 in Iraq.  Buried at XIII.D.4. Amara War Cemetery in Amara.
