Charles Gould (1893-1916)


Charles Gould, child of Mr and Mrs G Gould of Arne, Wareham was born in 1893.  Married Fanny Cook (formerly Gould) andLived at Yew Cottage, in Lytchett Matravers.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 4639) as a Private in the 2nd 1st Bucks Bn. Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry of the Army.  Died on Nov 29 1916 at the age of 23 in France.  Buried at II.G.5. Pozieres British Cemetery in Somme.  Their name features in the in United Kingdom.
