William Henry George (1887-1916)


William Henry George, child of John George was born in 1887.  Lived at Cliff House, in Sennen Cove, Cornwall.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 11113-DA) as a Deckhand in the Royal Naval Reserves HMS White Oak of the Royal Navy.  Died on Oct 26 1916 at the age of 29 in Drowned.  Buried at 10C 10151. Poole Cemetery in Poole in Dorset.  A memorial for William Henry George can be found at Sennen War memorial.
