Robert George French, child of George Sidney and Anna Martha French was born in 1892. Lived in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 170772) as a Gunner in the 136th Siege Bty. Royal Garrison Artillery of the Army. Died on Oct 29 1918 at the age of 26 in Italy. Buried at Plot 7 Row D. Grave 6. Montecchio Precalcino Communal Cemetery Ext.
