Leslie Harrie Shave (1898-1917)


Leslie Harrie Shave, child of Harrie E and Alice M M Shave, sibling of Mabel Shave was born in 1898.  Lived in Poole.   Fought in WW1 as a Second Lieutenant in the 6th Bn. Dorsetshire Regiment.  Died on Apr 12 1917 at the age of 19.  Buried at Sp.Mem.A.5. Feuchy Chapel British Cemetery in Pas de Calais.  Their name features in the Poole High Street Methodist Church.
