Leonard Rogers, child of Tom and Annie Rogers - born 10th Feb 1895 at 1 Fancy Road, Parks was born in 1896. Lived at 1 Fancy Road, Parkstone, Poole, . Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 10389) as a Private in the 1st Battalion Dorsetshire Regiment of the Army. Died on Sep 3 1916 at the age of 20 in France. Buried at Corbie Cemetery in France. Their name features in the St. Clement’s Church Roll of Honour 1915.
