Herbert Roberts (1889-1918)

Herbert Roberts, child of Charles James and Alma Roberts was born in 1889. Married Doris Gertrude Roberts andLived at Victoria Road, in Longfleet. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 37543) as a Private in the “X” Coy. 4th Bn. Worcestershire Regiment. Died on Sep 2 1918 at the age of 29. A memorial for Herbert Roberts can be found at Ploegsteert Memorial in Belgium.
