Charles Thomas Norman (1894-1915)

Charles Thomas Norman, child of Mrs Sarah Elizabeth Norman was born in 1894. Lived at Toop’s Buildings, Upton, in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 10449) as a Private in the 5th Bn. Dorsetshire Regiment (attached to “D” Coy). Died on Aug 21 1915 at the age of 21. A memorial for Charles Thomas Norman can be found at Helles Memorial Panel 136 to 139 in Turkey.
