Cecil George Stainer (1900-1918)


Cecil George Stainer, child of Charles and Emily Stainer was born in 1900.  Lived at Ringwood Road, in Upper Parkstone.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 8/38028) as a Private in the 51st Bn. Devonshire Regt..  Died on Jul 27 1918 at the age of 18.  Buried at Branksome (St. Clement) Churchyard.  Their name features in the St. Clement’s Church Roll of Honour 1915..
