If I should die, think only this of me:

W. Phillips, child of Mrs J Phillips. Lived in Lytchett Matravers. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 16770) as a Private in the 5th Bn. Dorsetshire Regiment. Died on Oct 1 1918. Buried at VIII.A.34. Duisans British Cemetery - Pas de Calais.
