Robert Levesley Whitaker (1890-1916)


Robert Levesley Whitaker, child of Robert Johnson Whitaker and Elizabeth Beatrice Whitaker was born in 1890.  Lived at "Perah”, Wimborne Road, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 22695) as a Private in the 3rd Bn. Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry.  Died on Mar 13 1916 at the age of 26.  Buried at AA.155. Aylesbury Cemetery in Buckinghamshire.
