Stewart Arbuthnot Day (1898-1917)

Stewart Arbuthnot Day, child of John George Day was born in 1898. Lived at "Wilmar", Marlborough Road, Parkstone, in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 34898) as a Private in the 2nd/4th Battalion of the Gloucestershire Regi. Died on Dec 3 1917 at the age of 19 in France. Buried at Panel 6, Cambrai Memorial in Louverval in France. Their name features in the St. John's Heatherlands, Church Roll of Honour 1914-1918. / St. Johns Heatherlands Church Parkstone,1914-1918 War Memorial.
