Walter Henry Yates (1898-1944)


Walter Henry Yates, child of William and Annie Yates was born in 1898.  Married Certrude Maggie Elizabeth Yates andLived at Longfleet, in Poole.   Fought in WW2 (dogtag# 5564272) as a Private in the 3rd Bn. Parachute Regiment. A.A.C..  Died on Sep 18 1944 at the age of 46.  Buried at 5.D.13. Arnhem Oosterbeek War Cemetery in Arnhem.
