Harry Percival Tilley (1895-1914)


Harry Percival Tilley, child of Frank and Kate Elizabeth Tilley of Victoria Road was born in 1895.  Lived at Parkstone, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 in the 1st Bn. Scots Guards.  Died on Oct 26 1914 at the age of 19.  Buried at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial in Ieper, West-Vlaanderen in Belgium.  A memorial for Harry Percival Tilley can be found at Menin Gate Memorial / St. Johns Heatherlands Church Parkstone,1914-1918 War Memorial in France / United Kingdom.
