C.W. Coles, child of Mr W C Coles was born in 1893. Lived at Wimborne Road, in Poole. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# 205764) as a Gunner in the “D” Coy. Tank Corps.. Died on Sep 15 1916 at the age of 23 in France. Buried at III.E.6. Bulls Road Cemetery.
