William John Cobb (1885-1916)

William John Cobb was born in 1885. Married Lily Alice Cobb andLived at Layton Road, in Upper Parkstone. Fought in WW1 (dogtag# G/21771) as a Private in the 7th Bn. The Queen’s (Royal West Surrey Regt.). Died on Oct 26 1916 at the age of 31 in France. A memorial for William John Cobb can be found at Thiepval Memorial.
