Harry Belben (1895-1918)


Harry Belben, child of William Henry and Lucy Elizabeth Belben was born in 1895.  Lived at 15 Market Street, in Poole.   Fought in WW1 as a Corporal in the 1st Bn. Bedfordshire Regiment.  Died on Aug 21 1918 at the age of 23.  A memorial for Harry Belben can be found at Panel 4 and 5. Vis-En-Artois Memorial - Pas de Calais in France.
