Lionel Herbert Abbott (1918-1944)


Lionel Herbert Abbott, child of William Lionel and Hilda Mary Abbott was born in 1918.  Lived in Poole.   Fought in WW2 (dogtag# 126090) as a Flying Officer in the 53 Squadron Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.  Died on Apr 17 1944 at the age of 26.  Buried at Panel 204. Runnymede Memorial in Surrey.
